To make a return for a refund, please follow these guidelines:
Our aim is to package and dispatch the goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us by email.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase/collection date and you must have an authorization from Electric Scooters Ltd. to return the product.
Product must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original condition as to be resell able at full price including all of its original packaging.
All refunds must be returned by original purchaser of goods to avail a refund.
Proof of purchase is required.
Credit will be issued to original payment type used for purchase.
Electric Scooters Ltd. does not offer a free returns service. You will be responsible for the costs of return of an unwanted item. We will refund the cost of the product(s) minus the shipping cost via the original payment method.
Electric Scooters Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post; therefore we advise you use a ‘Signed for” service to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit.
If you are not happy with products, we can offer exchange for the similar product, price and quality. That can be done just one time. After exchange the product cannot be returned.
Items ineligible for return:
- The item was not purchased from Electric Scooters Ltd.
- The item was invoiced more than 14 days ago.
- The item has been used included demo models.
- The item is not in new condition.
- The item was marked "special or customized order"
- The item was damaged by improper use or accident.
