Warranty Policy

All our electric scooters and electric bikes come with a limited warranty for a period specified below, starting from the date of purchase:

Electric Scooters

  • Scooter Body (Chassis/Frame): 12 months
  • Battery: 6 months
  • Controller/Motor: 12 months
  • Accelerator: 6 months

Consumable parts (such as brake pads/discs, tyres, etc.) and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Electric Bikes

  • Bike Frame (Chassis/Body): 36 months
  • Battery: 6 months
  • Controller/Motor: 12 months

Consumable parts (such as brake pads/discs, tyres, etc.) and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

If You need to make a warranty/RMA claim, please contact our customer support first and wait for RMA confirmation with instructions, since any mailed-in products without a vaild RMA claim will be rejected straight away and sent back at Your own expense.
