Delivery Policy

Your order shipment

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the selected shipment method. The tracking link (depending on the shipment method chosen) will be also provided with the shipment confirmation email.
All shipments are safely packaged to make sure that nothing will happen to Your purchase during transport.

In very rare occasions, there is a possibility that selected method of transport may not work - Electric Scooters Limited reserves the right for it - You will be contacted by either phone or email in that case.

Backorders/Pre-orders

In case of BackOrders or Pre-Orders, the delivery time will be extended, as the product page specifies. Sometimes there might be no time specified, so when You will make an order on out-of-stock item, one of our staff members will be in touch with You to confirm the date 

Collection In-Store

You can choose to collect Your order from our showroom located in Tanyard Lane, Tullamore, Co. Offaly when we are open, free of charge, after selecting the proper shipping method while ordering, or by just contacting us.
In-stock items are usually available for collection in couple hours time. You will receive a confirmation email when Your order will be ready for collection.

Remember that we can't do In-Store collection after your order has been sent.

Returns & Warranty Repair (RMA)

In case of warranty repair, the shipment costs are being covered by us (both to and from us) if the problem was caused because of manufacturers fault. The parcel estimated delivery date will be mailed to You altogether with a tracking link/number (when available) when the repair will be carried out and the product will be sent.

In case of non-successful warranty claim (damage done to the product by customer, normal wear and tear, etc.), You have to cover the cost of the shipment to us, and after the repair product will be sent back to You with our normal shop parcel rates at Your cost as well.

In case of a normal product return, You have to cover the costs of shipment to us.

All cases are individual, so all information will be emailed directly to Your email address You have written on the warranty/RMA claim.

Remember to securely pack the products, since damage done in transport due to improper packaging is NOT falling under warranty repairs.
